The organizer has appointed a cleaning contractor to clean the passages and other areas in the exhibition halls, to collect waste from the waste baskets and to dispose of rubbish.
If you need cleaning services for your stand, India Expo Mart can provide this service. Please download the order form and return no later than 1 November 2024.
The hall gangways will be cleaned before the show opens and each evening.

Labelexpo India 2024 publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor - who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing you automatically update the listing for the show guide as well.

The main reason why people visit Labelexpo India 2024 is to see new products.
To make sure you're on every visitor's short list, please send us a short news story (no longer than 100 words) about any products that you will be launching at the show along with a high-res image of the product. These will be included in the Product Launches section of the website (subject to approval) and may be selected for the electronic newsletters that we will distribute to press and visitors before the show.
A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use.
If you wish to hire a photographer for pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.
Please note you will only be able to photograph/film on your stand. If you have a reason why you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.

It is a good idea to promote your presence at Labelexpo India 2024. Please add the Labelexpo India 2024 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases, and email signatures.
We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.
Exhibitor badges
All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.
The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).
