Labelexpo Europe 2023

Labelexpo Europe 2023 publishes a printed show guide for visitors to pick up at the show entrance. Included in the show guide are details of each exhibitor - who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing you automatically update the listing for the show guide as well.

We can help you build a PR buzz around your presence at the show. 

The main reason why people visit Labelexpo Europe is to see new products.

To make sure you're on every visitor's short list, please send us a short news story (no longer than 100 words) about any products that you will be launching at the show along with a high res of the product. These will be included in the Product Launches section of the website (subject to approval) and may be selected for the electronic newsletters that we will distribute to press and visitors before the show.

The official photographer for Labelexpo Europe 2023 will be taking some general photos for future marketing use by the Labelexpo team. He is also available, at an extra cost, to photograph your stand, team or media events.

If you wish to have your own photographer take pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personel.

Please note you will only to be able to photography/video on your stand. If you have a reason where you need them to operate around the show generally, you will need to seek permission from the marketing team.

It is a good idea to promote your presence at Labelexpo Europe 2023. Please add the Labelexpo Europe 2023 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases and email signatures.

We freely share our logos and creative material. We just ask that you don’t materially alter them without prior permission.

Exhibitor badges

All exhibitors are required to wear an official badge to access the event.

The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked).
