Temporary staff MUST have a valid work permit when working at a show. Failure to provide a permit upon random spot checks by the Dubai Department of Naturalization and Residency will result in fines, per temporary staff member, that the exhibitor has employed.

Vibes Events have been appointed to provide a service for the hire of temporary staff, including models, hostesses and promoters.

Official Show Guide
This guide contains first-hand show information and benefits from first-class distribution and exposure. This year we are producing a digital version of the Show Guide to be distributed through social media channels and by email to all registered attendees. In addition, the digital show guide will be available on the Dubai Airshow website and the official mobile app to drive maximum exposure. The Show Guide will have an alphabetical list of exhibitors, and general information about the exhibition, together with advertisements.

All rigging within the venue must be carried out by Unusual Rigging. Banners must not project on to the aisles or a neighbouring stand and must be hung within the perimeter of your stand. 

The trim height for all signage banners at the show is 6 metres (meaning the underside of all signage banners must be trimmed at 6m). For rigged stand design elements, these will be reviewed & assessed on a stand-by-stand basis.

There will be an exposure fee of USD85 per sqm per side, with a minimum fee of USD500 per side in addition to the rigging charges.

There will be free Wi-Fi service in the hall at the event, and its coverage is dependent on the number of users. You may order a more consistent connection for your stand if you require, go to 'Actions/Links' below.

Please note that phone lines will not be available to Pavilions on the static park.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a communication link between the stands and the chalets, each individual point will be provided with a separate line.

Electricity is not included in the space only stand package. Please place your order for your electrical requirements through the official supplier GES - go to 'Actions/Links' below.

Flower and plants are available for hire from our official supplier - Blooms.

The organisers will be responsible for cleaning the aisles and general areas in the hall only.

It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain their stand space, chalet and pavilion area in a clean condition at all times.

Several food outlets are available within the venue. Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is the sole catering provider for the Dubai Airshow. No external catering contractors are permitted.
