International exhibitors should contact DSV, who have been appointed as the official freight forwarder for the event.

They can assist in a door-to-door service to and from the event through their network of worldwide partners. Alternatively, you can send the goods to Bangkok Port or Airport, consigned to their local partner, and they will take over the shipment from there. Local Thai exhibitors should contact APT Showfreight (Thailand) Limited, who can offer a door-to-door service within Thailand or alternatively you can make your own transport arrangements to BITEC and they can arrange unloading, empty case storage and reloading at the close of the event.
