If you need to work later than the specified time, please contact the Organizers Office in the lobby of Hall 1 no later than 3pm on the day. You may be required to pay a ‘late-working’ fee.
SHELL SCHEME STANDS: Please do not arrive before 12:00 on Monday 13th January as your stand will not be built

Important notice:
Power supply to ALL stands MUST be switched on 30 minutes before show open and MUST be switched off 30 minutes AFTER the show closes every day. If power is required beyond this, 24hrs power must be ordered from the official contractor.
