(Access only for Dubai Police, Management, Official Contractors, Priority and Exhibitors ONLY) Non-official contractor badge type holders will not have access to the site or venue unless they are in possession of an 'Essential Maintenance add-on' applied to their contractor badge. Same procedure applies during the show open hours. |

Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a penalty fee. Note that Sunday 8th December is a day allotted for minimal dressing of stands, graphic hanging and small exhibit placing until 6pm only and after this time there will be no re-admittance to the venue allowed until 08:00 on Tuesday 10th December (show opening day). When vacating the site for the security sweep day, please ensure all chalets and stand doors, cupboards, cabinets are left open/unlocked for inspection access. Any locked doors may be forcibly opened. |

All indoor exhibits, stand fittings and waste must be cleared from the exhibition hall by 6pm on Saturday 14th December. All outdoor exhibits, chalet fittings, pavilions and waste must be cleared from the outdoor areas and static area on Tuesday 17th December at 6pm. Any items left in these areas after the specified times will be treated as waste. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a penalty fee. |

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
It is mandatory for all Exhibitors, Contractors and all persons working or entering the halls during build-up and breakdown to always adhere to the H&S guidelines and wear proper PPE. An accident onsite may prove costly, please make sure that you and / or your stand contractor has adequate insurance cover.
