Badge registration is open 
The registration platform will allow you to register your colleagues for exhibitor and contractor badges. As an exhibitor you will receive a free allocation of certain badges which will be reflected in your account. You will also be able to buy additional badges and various add-on's such as priority upgrades, essential maintenance and parking passes. To access your badge account, use the link below ‘Apply for your badges here.’

• Visitor 'Promo-codes' - These will be included in your free allocation. Using these will allow you to invite your guests to visit you at the MEBAA Show free of charge.
• Priority Badges *New* - Register all colleagues for Exhibitor Badges. From November, you will be able to upgrade to Priority Badges using your allocated 'Priority Badge Add-ons.' This upgrade is permanent, so allocate carefully. It won't affect attendee vetting status.
• Badge Collection on-site - Collect Priority Badges, Priority car park passes, and bus drop-off passes on-site.
• Print-at-Home badges - Exhibitor, Contractor, Visitor, and Media badges are print-at-home.
• Vetting - All attendees must upload ID documents for Dubai Authorities' vetting, which may take time. Encourage early registration and monitor vetting status in your badge account.

Lead retrieval
Increase your ROI by using the 'MEBAA Show lead capture & retrieval service' on the MEBAA Show App. The MEBAA Show App license will allow you to set up meetings, collect visitor information, and export a database of leads. Find more information in the 'packages' section using the link below.

The MEBAA Show App will be available a month before the show opens on both Android and Apple stores. Ensure to complete your profile on the app manually to increase visibility and better matches on the platform.
