(Please note that the visual of the shell scheme above is for illustration purposes only and the stand you may have ordered might be built differently i.e., 3 open sides, a bigger stand with more panels (1m = 1 panel).

Damages
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to buildings, floors, walls or the shell scheme panels. Damaged shell scheme e.g. wall panels will be charged for at the full replacement value, not the hire value. Exhibitors must not apply paint, lacquer, adhesives or coating to building columns, floors or panels. No bills, signs, floor coverings or other articles should be pasted, nailed, taped or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, ceilings, columns, partitions, panels or trim. Panels cannot be painted, however, you can request printed panels at an additional cost. It is not possible to change the nameboard colour or affix your own fascia.

Fascia Name Board
The name board sits at the top of your stand and will carry your Company Name and Stand Number. Please type carefully or write clearly (upper or lower case) as mistakes will be charged for if they need to be corrected.

If Fascia Nameboard Form is not submitted by the deadline date, the company name as per the Exhibitors List provided by the Organiser will be used to print for your name board.

Please complete the Fascia Nameboard Form on or before 20 October 2024 to ensure your name board is correct.

Shell Scheme Stands (Island Sites)
Wall panels are not generally provided for island sites. If wall panels are required, the allowance is 1 panel per 3 m2 at no additional cost. Contact Tarsus Support to discuss.

Stand Cleaning
Please note, stand cleaning is **NOT INCLUDED** in your Shell Scheme package. The venue will do a general clean of the halls pre-open however this only includes the aisles and clearing of rubbish. It is highly encouraged that exhibitors order stand cleaning. If you require cleaning, please order via DWTC Event Plus. Any rubbish that needs to be collected must be put into the aisles.

Storage behind perimeter stands is not permitted, any items (including stand material) found behind stands will be removed during the daily master cleaning.

Walling rule
Long runs of walling along open perimeters of stands are not permitted. Only 50% of any open side is permitted to be a solid wall.

Where long runs of walling are present along open sides they must be relieved by display items and not left in plain colours – if perimeter walling is more than 1m high, it must not occupy more than 50% of any one side. If long runs of walling are essential and over 50% of the length of stand, they must be recessed by 0.5m from the perimeter of the site and will be subject to written approval by the Organisers.
