The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover should be against all risks both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

Exhibitors and Contractors are fully responsible for obtaining Public Liability Insurance to value of USD2,000,000.

If your coverage does not meet our regulations you can purchased this below (This service is only offered to exhibitors) 

Contractors must submit their company PLI copy to the value of USD2,000,000 as part of the stand design submission process. Without this no stand will be granted permission to start build.

Any loss or damage that may occur during the show should immediately be notified to the Organisers and Security on-site.
