If you require lifting and fork lifting services or information on delivery, transportation and removal of exhibits please contact the official contractor.
The use of powered mechanical handling and access equipment is strictly controlled.
The official on-site freight handlers & rigging contractor are the only persons authorised to operate lifting, access equipment and forklift trucks within the GPP 2024 site in line with the venue health & safety regulations.
Stand build contractors and exhibitors are not permitted to operate any lifting or access equipment, for example: pallet trolleys, forklifts, cranes, tail lift trucks, etc.
Any unauthorised lifting or access equipment will be removed from site.
If you use the official freight handlers to have your shipment delivered directly to the GPP 2024 show site, please mark up your consignment clearly as written below:

GPP 2024 Exhibition
Please ensure that your exhibit materials are delivered and in place within the hall at least 2 hours prior to the official opening. No large exhibits can be brought to the hall after this time and will not be permitted. Small hand carried items only may be brought into the hall during show open hours. Any items requiring a trolley or pallet truck must wait until after the show has closed.
Please ensure that anyone delivering goods to you knows your stand number and that they deliver them at an appropriate time when someone is on the stand to receive the goods. Organisers are not able to accept deliveries on behalf of exhibitors. This is especially applicable to courier services that require a signature; all couriers will be held within the reception building where exhibitors will have to meet them in order to sign and receive their delivery.
- The latest date of arrival for LCL shipments or conventional cargo: 25th December 2023
- The latest date of arrival for FCL containers at Jebel Ali port, Dubai: 25th December 2023
- The latest date of arrival for Air Freight at Dubai Int'l Airport - DXB: 27th December 2023
Deliveries will not be accepted on-site before the following deadlines:
- 6th January 2024 for space only exhibitors
- 8th January 2024 for shell scheme (where the organiser provides the basic stand) exhibitors
There is no facility for you to store unwanted goods such as crates and packing materials on-site.
Please ensure you arrange for the removal from site of any items you do not wish to keep on your stand.
For any storage requirements visit the contractors’ onsite office located on the main DWTC concourse between halls 2 & 3.
