Want to invite buyers to register for OFFPRICE Las Vegas?

Within your Visit Connect Dashboard, you have been provide a custom invite link for buyer registration. Use this link to invite customers to the show! By sharing the customer link, you'll be able to track who registered based on your personal invitations. Free marketing logos and graphics are provided courtesy of our graphic design team under the Logo/Branding Guidelines page in your portal.

Buyer Information Download (BID) Program:

Upgrade your package from Basic to Bronze to receive your BID Program Lead Retrieval License and start scanning customers at the show!
(Industry average cost of trade show lead retrieval license: $350 - $450 USD / event)

As part of your OFFPRICE exhibitor benefits, you have the option to upgrade your digital package to include one or more lead retrieval licenses that may be used onsite. Also known as the BID (Buyer Information Download) Program - This digital scanner license allows you to scan customer badges at your booth using your mobile device or tablet. Even better, you can save notes, review demographics, and download buyer contact information after the show for re-marketing.

If you have upgraded to receive a BID License, you will receive an email ahead of the show with set-up and activation instructions. Please note, licenses can only be activated on ONE device and cannot be transferred after activation.

Ahead of the event, we encourage exhibitors to access the Visit Connect Dashboard and customize their BID Questions. This feature allows you to create pre-set questions that you intend to ask new customers when scanning their badges. The customized questions will be included in the contact information and buyer demographics when you download your leads after the show. Access your Visit Connect Dashboard then click Questions to customize your BID scanner.
