Access and Transportation
Jakarta Convention Center is easily accessible and strategically located at the heart of Jakarta business district. It is about 45 minutes’ drive from the Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK). Car park is available with automated gate, please ensure to have the bank card such as eMoney/eToll from Bank Mandiri, BRIZZI, BCA Flazz for entry, exit and parking fee. 

Drop off area is located right in front of Entrance of Cendrawasih Room Lobby. 

Other public transporation options are available to and from Jakarta Convention Center including taxi, MRT and busway. 

ATM Centre 
ATM centre is available by the main entrance of the exhibition venue. ATM's include:

• Bank Negara Indonesia 46 (BNI46)
• Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)
• Cirrus/Alto/ATM Bersama/Maestro/MasterCard/Visa compatible ATM Machine
   

Smoking
It is absolutely prohibited to smoke inside the building of Jakarta Convention Center. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area only. 

Fire Appliances and Information 
Fire extinguishers of approved pattern and capacity can be found at various locations around the site according to the risk involved – instructions will be on the extinguisher - please locate your nearest extinguisher. Exhibitors will be given instructions regarding fire, emergency and accident procedures prior to the show opening, please ensure all personnel read these carefully. 

• Fire Exits and Extinguishers / Fire Hose points must never be blocked 
• No paint or paint thinner can be placed near the electrical distribution boxes 
• Empty cartons/boxes, catalogue boxes, stand materials and combustible waste must be disposed of and not stored behind stands. 
   

Prayer Facility 
Moslem Prayer facility is located at the lower lobby of the Exhibition Venue.

Internet Services
There is no free wifi or internet services available publicly at the venue. Exhibitors requiring internet services in their booths may contact the Official Standfitting Contractor to order.

Satu Sehat App for Access
Upon entering the venue premise, everyone may be asked to scan for check in using Satu Sehat app which is downloadable from Google Play and App Store. Check in is done by scanning the QR code posted at the entrance of building using this app.
