PT Tarsus Indonesia SEA has vested control as the Organiser, whose decisions shall be final and binding on all exhibitors and contractors.

Exhibitors shall be bound by the conditions, rules and regulations set forth in the contract and any changes must be made in writing and signed by the organisers, who shall have full power to interpret and to make or amend these rules provided that such amendments and additions do not operate to diminish the rights reserved for the exhibitor under this application, and shall not operate to increase liabilities of its organisers or sponsors.

The organisers shall have the right, without appeal, to resolve all cases not provided in the regulations in this manual.

Exhibitors agree to observe by all regulations contained in this manual and further amendments and addendum where required by signing the Application Form with the organisers.

ADMISSION POLICY

• GESS Asia 2023 is a trade only event serving the education professionals. Admission is free by registration, no minors under the age of 18 years old will be allowed admission. 
• Badges must be worn at all times to access the event area. 
• The Organiser reserves the sole right to deny admission or to remove any individuals from the event premise if deemed necessary in the opinion of the Organiser without giving reasons. 
• Complying with the local authority, entry to the Jakarta Convention Center may require a check in through scanning of the PeduliLindungi app, which may be downloaded on App Store and Google Play.
