International travel is re-opened in Indonesia. Health questionnaire formalities may be carried out at the airport as well.
- It is strongly recommended that international travellers check with the airline prior to departure day to ensure the latest arrival policy and requirements for foreign nationals, or check with the Indonesian immigration policy information here : https://www.imigrasi.go.id/en/
- Immigration Card and Customs Declaration Card will normally be distributed by the flight attendants before landing. Please proceed to the “FOREIGNERS” lanes for immigration and visa before collecting your baggage. Customs Declaration form is collected when you are exiting the arrival hall.
- Please refrain from bringing any exhibit goods, samples, literatures to avoid hassles in the customs. For more details, please contact the Official Freight Forwarder.
- Nationals of countries other than the visa exempt and visa on arrival countries, are required to apply for visa prior to entering Indonesia. Visa on Arrival may be used for attending exhibition and speaking in conference; however, the validity is only for 30 days.
- Visa application may be lodged at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate General in the applicant’s country of origin; or nearest country in the event that neither is available in the country of origin. Please contact the Organiser if you require an invitation letter to apply for visa.

Nationals from the following countries are, however, exempted from visa requirement and obtaina 30 (thirty) day visa free entry into Indonesia :

Visa On Arrival (VOA)
Requirements for Visa on Arrival are :
- Valid passport minimum 6 months since date of entry
- Return or onward ticket with date of departure indicated
- Visa on Arrival fee of IDR 500,000 or approximately USD 35

INFORMATION ON JAKARTA
Local time – Jakarta is part of the western time zone of Indonesia (WIB) or internationally, the it is GMT+7
Local currency – Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is the trading currency locally. Some small restaurants or shops may accept cash only while credit card is widely accepted in major establishments, dominantly for Mastercard and Visa.
Business Hours – normal business hours for offices are Monday to Friday ranging from 0900 am to 0600 pm.
Embassies and Consulates – most embassies and consulates are located in Jakarta, foreign nationals requiring services to contact their embassies or consulates may reach out to the Organiser for assistance.
