- If you are not registered for a badge you will not be able to use the event app.
- You have the option to register your staff or to invite them to register themselves.
- To register, you will need a unique email, and a unique mobile phone number.
- Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to print your badge at home.
- Badges must be worn at all times.
Exhibitor badges
- Exhibitor badges give you access to the exhibition halls during the event days including build-up and breakdown.
- All stand staff including temporary staff must register for an exhibitor badge individually within the available allocation.
Speakers
- If you have a speaker at the event, please do not register them using your account. We will be sending out all speaker registration invites.
- We need to collect some additional information from speakers in order to apply for their speaker permits from the Dubai DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing).
- If you have already registered a speaker or sent them a registration invite please contact 'Badge Support' as listed below.
