Registering Your Team in the Visit Connect Dashboard

Exhibitor Badges/Registration:

In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address.

Please use the button at the bottom of the page to register:

  1. Click Register My Team

  2. Click Team from the menu on the left

  3. Click Add staff to begin registration

    • Fill in the individuals contact details 
      (unique email address required for each individual)

    • Click Finish then click Add staff to register another employee

  4. Print or save your e-tickets for easy check-in onsite

    • Click Actions

    • Click Print staff vouchers

    • Download or print your files

Want to invite buyers to register for OFFPRICE Las Vegas?
Click on Guests within your Visit Connect Dashboard to locate your custom invite link for buyer registration. Marketing logos and graphics are provided courtesy of our graphic design team under the Logo/Branding Guidelines page in your portal. 


Buyer Information Download (BID) Program:

For a limited time, your OFFPRICE Las Vegas booth package includes 1 FREE license!
(Average cost of trade show lead retrieval license: $350 - $450 USD / event)

As part of your OFFPRICE exhibitor benefits, you have the option to activate a complimentary lead retrieval license, also known as the BID (Buyer Information Download) Program. This digital scanner license allows you to scan customer badges at your booth, save notes and demographics about buyers, and download their contact information after the show.

PLEASE CLICK THE OPT-IN BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO REQUEST YOUR LICENSE BEFORE JULY 21st 

If you have opted to utilize the BID Program, you will receive an email notifying you that your licenses has been activated one week ahead of the event. Please note, licenses can only be activated on ONE device and cannot be transferred after activation.

Ahead of the event, we encourage exhibitors to access the Visit Connect Dashboard and customize their BID Questions. This feature allows you to create pre-set questions that you intend to ask new customers when scanning their badges. The customized questions will be included in the contact information and buyer demographics when you download your leads after the show.

  • Click Customize My BID Questions to open Visit Connect Dashboard

  • Click Questions from the menu on the left

  • Click Add to begin customizing your buyer questions
    These will appear in your badge-scanning app during the show
