Publicity and promotion
Four Communications, our official PR agency, are working closely with leading local and international aerospace and trade publications on ensuring maximum exposure for the event and its participants before, during and after the show.  To learn more about the PR programme, please contact Four Communications using the details listed below. 

Exhibitor co-marketing
It is an established fact running dedicated promotional campaigns about your presence at the event will generate a far greater ROI from your participation. A number of marketing collaterals including banners and signatures will be available for you to customize and share through your own marketing channels. Contact our marketing team to learn more.

Announce on Social Media
Let your professional network know that you will be at the event, so they can visit your stand. Share your participation and Invite your network using the 'invite' link at the bottom of this page (feel free to share the same link with your colleagues). You can also Follow us on our social media channels mentioned below and use #DubaiAirshow for any show related announcements on your channels. 

Publicity material 
Please send your press information, news, announcements and materials to our official PR Agency - Four Communications on pr@dubai.aero and they will strive to share it with all the media requesting for exhibitor news and across our media channels and the show website. 

Exhibitors’ PR agency support
If you use a PR agency, they are welcome to request the registered media database (available one to two weeks before the event). They can also share information to the electronic press mailbox or book press conference rooms on your behalf. PR Agency staff are not eligible for media badges and will not be granted access to the press centre. Please register them as exhibitors or visitors.

Media Centre 
The media centre will provide the following services for media badge holders only: 
• A media centre reception area.
• A media office (includes Wi-Fi, laptops, internet and printers). 
• A media lounge and refreshments.

Media badges
• Media badges are for members of the press and media only e.g. Publishers, Editors, Journalists, Photographers & Broadcasters. Accreditation details will need to be supplied when they register. 
• Non-editorial staff (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Advertising, PR agency staff) do not qualify for media badges. Please register them as exhibitors or visitors.

Show Dailies 
We have a number of media partners producing show dailies during the event, featuring the latest show updates, insights and interviews. These dailies will be distributed throughout the show. To learn more about advertising opportunities, please contact the show dailies directly using the contact details below.  

If you arrange a meeting or interview with the show dailies ahead of the official opening day, each interviewee will need an exhibitor badge to enter the show site.  Those holding visitor passes will not be allowed to enter, even with an appointment.

Distribution of material & canvassing

It is prohibited for exhibitors (or staff members working on behalf of exhibitors) to display or distribute any material (in any form) from any other areas other than within the boundary of your stand. This restriction also applies to the gangways surrounding your stand.
