Insurance PLI (Public Liability Insurance) Exhibitors & Contractors: 
Exhibitors & Contractors are responsible for obtaining PLI insurance protection for their stand build (Contractors), exhibits, property and personnel against all risks as stated in the General Conditions for GESS 2022. Equipment should be insured both in transit and on location at the exhibition site for the entire period of the exhibition. 

All copies of insurance policies must be sent to Rebecca Woodhouse before 8th November 2022.  All badges and passes will be withheld until all of your insurance documentation has been sent to us.

Contractors must submit their company PLI copy to the value of USD2,000,000 as part of the stand design submission process. Without this no stand will be granted permission to start build.

Exhibitors are fully responsible for obtaining Public Liability Insurance to value of USD2,000,000. If your coverage does not meet our regulations we can issue a policy that is valid from 13 - 18th November 2022 through our Tarsus support team (This service is offered to Exhibitors only)

• The cost of the policy is USD195
• This insurance is available to exhibiting companies only; contractors much obtain their own insurance to the required level of cover

Please note Exhibitors are only covered from the day payment is received.  

Insurance cover must include:

PLI (Public Liability Insurance to the value of USD2,000,000)

•  Personal Injury 
•  Third Party Claims 
•  Expenses incurred and/or losses of any kind, including losses resulting from the abandonment or postponement of the   exhibition 
•  Medical expenses and baggage cover
•  Value of the stand, including the fittings 
   

Please be aware that both exhibitors and stand contractors will be required to provide the Organisers with proof of this insurance before they will be permitted to access the show site.  Alternatively, exhibitors only can purchase insurance through the order form.  This insurance is not available for contractors.
